Welcome to our worship today.

We welcome children in church at all times. There is a safe children’s area at the side of the church which enables children to play/sit quietly with their parents or carers and join the service. ‘Busy Bags’ for young children are available. During term-time, Sunday School takes place in the Parish Centre. All children are welcome. Toilets and Baby Changing facilities are located in the Parish Centre.

TODAY

We welcome the friends and family of Leonidas who will be baptized during this mornings’ service.


ST. ALDHELM’S ORCHESTRA—SUMMER CONCERT

The Orchestra will be performing in church tomorrow evening; Monday 18th July at 7.30pm. A selection of Mussorgsky, Copland and Beethoven. Retiring collection.




M.U. & FRIENDS

The final few tickets are still available for a trip to Hillier Gardens on Wednesday 20th July. Coach will leave from outside church at 12.30pm. Tickets including admission and coach -£15.

ROUTES TO ROOTS

This is a Poole based charity who are in need of the following items to support homeless and vulnerable adults in Poole.
Jeans, T-Shirts, Socks, Pants (male & female), Shoes (sizes 9 & 10), Roll on deodorant, Sunscreen (no alcohol), Toothpaste & Toothbrushes.
A yellow collection box is at the back of church. Thank you for your help.





MISSING CHAIR

During the camp pack away a navy blue folding camp chair with a metal frame went missing belonging to Clair Pay, who needs it back for Guide camp. Please can you re-check your things. Thank you.




St. ALDHELM’S SCHOOL
On Wednesday 20th at 9.15am, Bishop Graham will officiate at the Blessing Service for the new school chapel. In the evening here in church the Year 7’s will have their Leavers Service.




MAGAZINE STAPLING

Stapling and folding of the August/September Parish Magazine will take place at 9.30am in the lounge.





P.C.C. MEETING
On Thursday 21st beginning with a service of Holy Communion at 7pm and then the P.C.C. meeting will follow at 7.30pm in church.





FRIENDS COFFEE MORNING

The Friends will be holding a coffee morning on Saturday 23rd July in the centre from 10am-12 noon—All welcome.

EVIE TURNER CONCERT

“An evening of cabaret” with Evie Turner in memory of Barbara ‘Grandma Jesse’ will take place on Saturday 6th August at 7.30pm in church.
£5 per adult, children free. Tickets available from Doug Jesse or Parish Office.
Proceeds towards church and Mothers’ Union.
