Jeans, t-Shirts, Socks, Pants (male & female), Shoes (sizes 9 & 10), Roll on deodorant, Sunscreen (no alcohol), Toothpaste & Toothbrushes.
A yellow collection box is at the back of church. Thanks for your help.





BAPTISM SUNDAY
On Sunday 14th August at 10.00am we shall be holding a Baptism Service, welcoming new people into Gods’ family. Please come along and support the children and their families.





HOLY COMMUNION

There will not be a service of Holy Communion on Thursday 18th August at Melton Court, Tuesday 23rd, Thursday 25th, Tuesday 30th and Thursday 1st September. There will be a service of Holy Communion on Wednesday 3rd August at 10.30am (Mothers’ Union Corporate Communion).





HOLY COMMUNION WITH PRAYERS FOR HEALING

There will be two services during August, Tuesday 9th and Tuesday 27th at 12noon.

PARKSTONE GARDENERS

Will hold their meeting on Tuesday 16th August at 7.30pm in the hall, the talk will be about ‘Cultivated Orchids’ with guest speaker Roger Greig.

COFFEE MORNING

On a Tuesday morning from 10.30am in church, there is a coffee morning. All welcome.

There is a safe children’s area at the side of the church which enables children to play/sit quietly with their parents or carers and join the service. ‘Busy Bags’ for young children are available. During term-time, Sunday School takes place in the Parish Centre. All children are welcome. Toilets and Baby Changing facilities are located in the Parish Centre.

“AN EVENING OF CABARET”

Evie Turner will host an evening of cabaret in Church on Saturday 6th August from 7.30pm. This evening will be in memory of her Grandma—Barbara Jesse who passed away earlier this year. Tickets are £5 for adults, children free and are available from Doug Jesse (or pay on the door), proceeds from the evening will be donated to church and Mothers’ Union.

The Orchestra will be performing in church tomorrow evening; Monday 18th July at 7.30pm. A selection of Mussorgsky, Copland and Beethoven. Retiring collection.

The final few tickets are still available for a trip to Hillier Gardens on Wednesday 20th July. Coach will leave from outside church at 12.30pm. Tickets including admission and coach -£15.

MISSING CHAIR

During the camp pack away a navy blue folding camp chair with a metal frame went missing belonging to Clair Pay, who needs it back for Guide camp. Please can you re-check your things. Thank you.




St. ALDHELM’S SCHOOL
On Wednesday 20th at 9.15am, Bishop Graham will officiate at the Blessing Service for the new school chapel. In the evening here in church the Year 7’s will have their Leavers Service.




MAGAZINE STAPLING

Stapling and folding of the August/September Parish Magazine will take place at 9.30am in the lounge.





P.C.C. MEETING
On Thursday 21st beginning with a service of Holy Communion at 7pm and then the P.C.C. meeting will follow at 7.30pm in church.





FRIENDS COFFEE MORNING
