PARISH NEWS
TODAY—Later today at Gloucester Cathedral Rev Canon Stephen Lake will become the new Dean of the Cathedral. We wish Stephen and his family all the best in their new parish. (For anyone who doesn’t know, Stephen Lake was our Vicar prior to Stephen Batty and has been the Sub-Dean at St. Albans Cathedral).
PARISH CAMP
Our Parish Camp will take place at East Stoke, near Wareham on Friday 24th, Saturday 25th and Sunday 27th June– So don’t forget to book your pitch. A fun social weekend for all ages. Contact Steve or Heidi Moxam on (01202) 746411. Day visitors are most welcome, please pick up an information leaflet from the back of church with a camp programme of events and directions to the site.

Our Summer Fayre will take place on Saturday 2nd July between 12noon and 2pm. If you have any donations of books, bric-a-brac, toys, plants, jewelry, bottles– such as wine, bubble bath, squash, fizzy drinks, raffle prizes please bring them along to the parish office. Every penny raised goes towards church funds, repairing the buildings, supporting church events—so please help us to raise as much as we can. Every penny counts!

MOTHERS’ UNION MEETING
There will not be an afternoon meeting on Wednesday 15th June as the M.U. are visiting the RNLI Poole Lifeboat College in the evening. If members of the congregation would also like to go along, please speak to Faye Pay. (Meet at 7pm at the RNLI Lifeboat College, cost will be £6.50 each).

This includes £807.52 per week which goes to the Diocese for our “share”.
