PARISH NEWS
TODAY
Welcome to you as you join us here this morning for our baptism service where we shall be baptising Holly, Kayla and Michael.
PARISH COUNT/FAIRER SHARE
Could every adult here today please help—The diocese requires each church to take a count of its congregation over the next 4 Sundays, these figures are then used to calculate what each church has to pay to the Diocese as its “share”. Please help by filling out the small church attendance survey (even if you did one last week as we need one each week!) Thank you for your assistance. If you need help please ask one of the churchwardens—Barbara Rivett or Andrew Dray or Dave and Barbara Marsh.
ELECTORAL ROLL
On the count forms filled out last week, some people asked to join the church electoral roll. If you have been coming here for 6 months or more and are over 16 years old, you can be added to the roll by completed a blue form which is available at the back of church.
BISHOP MOSES
You are invited to St. Aldhelm’s School - tomorrow, Monday 16th May at 10.30am when Bishop Moses from the Sudanese Diocese of Wau will be visiting and will lead worship.
LAWNMOWER
The parish lawn mower has ground to a halt. Has anyone got the maintenance skills to overhaul it, it would be easier on parish funds if we do not have to take the machine to a specialist firm. If you can help, please see Father Stephen.
