“MAGIC SLIPPERS” - PANTO
PANTO St. Aldhelm’s Players (who include our congregation, children from St. Aldhelm’s School and many, many others!) will be performing “Magic Slippers” an adaptation of the Wizard of Oz story.

Adults £4, Children £1.50 or Family Ticket (2+2) £10

CONFIRMATION SERVICE
Today we welcome Bishop Graham as he joins us to Confirm Tilney Gardner, Matthew Gilling, Andrew Mbofana, Lydia Stoud, Tara and Kelsey Lloyd. Please hold these candidates in your prayers. During the service a collection will be taken towards the Episcopal Church of the Sudan.

WEEK OF PRAYER FOR CHRISTIAN UNITY
During the week beginning 17th January the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity will take place, we shall be joining other churches in Poole; on Tuesday 18th, prayers will take place here at St. Aldhelm’s at 12.30pm and will be followed by a simple lunch-(where donations will go towards Christian Aid.) For full dtails of where each service will take place throughout the week, please see the noticeboard at the back of church.
MOTHERS’ UNION
The M.U. will be meeting in the lounge on Wednesday 19th Jan at 2.30pm.
NEXT SUNDAY—23rd January
We shall be joined next Sunday at 10.00am at our Parish Eucharist by Rev Stephen Waine, Archdeacon of Dorset who will be our guest preacher.
MAGAZINE STAPLING
Please could the stapling team come along to the lounge to fold and staple the February edition of our magazine. We shall meet in the lounge on Thursday 27th January at 9.30am. Thank you. (New volunteers are always welcome).
