WATCH THIS SPACE! - some concern has been raised about the removal of greenery from the corner of St. Aldhelm’s Road/Lindsey Road hedging, this was largely brambles and dead branches from the hedge, which was killed by honey fungus. In the last few days the remaining dead stumps have been removed to allow fresh planting later in the season when volunteer time allows. Thank you as always to the volunteers for their time and effort.

MESSAGE FROM DAVID– ASSISTANT CURATE ‘I am pleased to announce I am making good progress towards my ordination. However, I will not be ordained a Deacon at the end of September, but either Bishop Nicholas or Graham will ordain me later in the year. I am hopeful that my Ordination can take place here in St. Aldhelm’s which I hope will be a super celebration for the whole congregation to share and witness. I’ll keep you updated when I have some solid news.’
